Abstract: Abstract:To improve the coal pillars and mining roadway stability, the grouting reinforcement scheme is designed according to the Changping coal company Ⅲ 4309 6 m small coal pillar. The following scheme parameters are obtained: (1) The different grouting drill arrangements are determined according to the tunneling along floor, proof and the transition zone. (2) The grouting work is completed twice. The first work will be done during the mining, working at Ⅲ 43093 roadway, grouting area is selected in the region which is front of the face 20 m~ 40 m. The second grouting reinforcement provides the conditions for roadway retained, grouting work is selected in the region which is behind of the face 50 m~100 m; (3) The material selects federal grouting reinforcement material. The grouting pressure is 6 MPa~8 MPa. The first grouting, water-cement ratio chooses (1~1.2):1. The second grouting, water-cement ratio chooses (0.8 ~ 1):1. (4) A total of 46 grouting holes are constructed in the experimental roadway. The results of the borehole reveal that the surrounding rocks are intact and well integrated. The maximum floor displacement is 400 mm, and the maximum convergence of two side coal-walls is 350mm. By means of grouting to reinforce the small pillar, maintaining the stability of the roadway, which meets the needs of the safety production. It provides the engineering reference for the small pillar protecting roadway under similar conditions.
